Iced Mexican Coffee
This was Barkonsult's most popular drink at this year's Norse Bar Show. A delicious mix of coffee liqueur, mezcal, and white chocolate cream. Enjoy!
Ingredients
• 20ml coffee liqueur
• 20ml Mezcal
• 80ml cold brew coffee
• 10ml Monin Agave syrup
• White chocolate cream:
• 100ml cream
• 10ml Monin White Chocolate syrup
How to:
Build all the ingredients in a glass with ice.
White chocolate cream:
Mix the cream with White chocolate syrup and pour on top. Decorate with L'Artiste de Monin.
