Mexican Penicillin
Monin Agave syrup is derived from premium agave nectar. Made with premium ingredients, and in this cocktail, together with the Monin ginger syrup, they are both is used perfectly balanced in the classic drink Penicillin in a Mexican variation.
Ingredients
• 50 ml Tequila
• 30 ml Lime juice
• 10 ml MONIN Agave Syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Ginger Syrup
• Float Mezcal
• Glass: Cidra Water 370 ml
Step 1
Add the ingredients listed in a shaker except the mezcal.
Step 2
Add ice and shake.
Step 3
Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
Step 4
Float mezcal on top of the cocktail and garnish.
